Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York, U.S.A. has been an American actress well-known for portraying strong but vulnerable character. Linney was raised in a family of actors like her father, Romulus Linney plays a writer. In 1986, she received her degree with honors from Brown University. She then studied Theatre Arts at Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City was her first stop in 1990. She was in New York City when she began the beginning of her Broadway career. The audience praised her for both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
