Anna Paquin is a Canadian and New Zealand actress. Paquin is a Canadian and New Zealand actress. Born in Winnipeg but brought up in Wellington, she was the first actress to appear in The Piano. In this romantic drama, she was eleven years of age, Paquin won her second Oscar for Best Actress. She played teenagers on Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000), A Walk on the Moon (2000). She also was the character of the teenage groupie Polexia Aphrodisa on Almost Famous (2000).
